THE ENCOUNTER CONFERENCE
The Church isn't just something we are as Christians, it’s a way that we have to choose to live. Being The Church is a choice we make. We have to choose to put others above ourselves, we have to choose to gather together, we have to choose to pray, we have to choose to take care of the destitute and the broken, we have to choose to tell people about Jesus, and we have to choose to submit our whole lives to God's Word.
With today’s world overwhelming us with the message to live for yourself, these choices become incredibly difficult to make. We need to know the big vision that God has for His church and we need the Holy Spirit to stir within us to want to live differently for Him!
That's why our theme this year is the challenge to BE THE CHURCH. Through preaching, worship, and prayer, we will ask the Lord to renew this vision in THIS GENERATION of youth for the world that they live in today.
